🌮Cheats One-Pan Tacos 

These are the ultimate mid-week Taco night dinner because, well, er, you don’t even have to brown off the meat, they just so straight into the tacos.

This is day 7 of 21 of my ‘Cook Something New’ series and these will be made for years to come for sure.

To feed my crew of 5, I used:
20 mini taco breads
1kg beef mince
6 tbsp taco spice mix
400g refined beans
Jar salsa
Lots of grated cheese.

These were so simple because I didn’t brown the meat, I just squished it on to half the taco bread and topped with the beans, salsa and cheese.

In the oven on 190 for 10-mins-ish each side and done!

We gobbled it up with an avocado salsa, let me know if you want the recipe for that too!

These were ace in the babes lunchbox, and I reckon could be great to food prep too.

Maybe they could be cooked in my glass air fryer? Do you think?

My little lady loves her a marshmallow and truthfully, I don’t blame her. Soft, chewy, exceptional in my homemade hot chocolates. But all too often they’re full of crazy stuff. So I went about making my own.

And the thought of using a whole, real, juice came to mind.

Now these are sweet, they have juice and raw honey. But babe, that stuff is REAL. These aren’t to be devoured in one sitting, but not judgment if you do.

2 CUPS ORANGE JUICE
4 HEAPED TBSP GELATIN
3 TBSP RAW HONEY
GENEROUS PINCH SALT
